Spaces

Spaces are places of clarification.

They do not differ by method, but by the quality of contact, degree of density and form of response. Each space follows the same underlying attitude: perception, precision, and trust in the fact that clarity emerges when what is essential becomes visible.

The following spaces are available:

Individual Session

The individual session is a focused space for personal clarification and deep transformation.
It is suited for situations in which inner complexity, ambivalence or stuck dynamics are present and precise, immediate perception is needed.

At the center is what shows itself in the moment — emotionally, physically, systemically and on deeper levels. The session does not follow a fixed structure or process model. It serves to clarify what is actually at work internally, allowing orientation and inner order to emerge.

This is not an ongoing accompaniment, but a clearly defined space that carries its effect within itself.

Before the session, it is helpful to take a moment to turn inward:

  • Where is the actual point of pain?
  • Where do I experience disorder, lack of clarity or inner tension?
  • In which area do I long for clarity or a new inner alignment?

The question does not need to be perfectly formulated. What matters is the willingness to take one’s own request seriously and to bring something essential into clarification. The session unfolds its effect where there is an inner alignment toward what is one’s own.

Format:

Resonance Response

The Resonance Response is a clearly structured format for precise clarification. It is for people who have a concrete situation or question and are seeking a condensed response without entering a personal session.

Your request is submitted in writing or as a voice message. You will first receive a short guide that helps you arrive at the essence of your question and gather the relevant context. This step is part of the work and supports inner alignment.

Based on this, you receive an audio Resonance Response in which what is essential is named and placed into a wider context. In addition, you receive a short PDF with impulses for integration — an orientation, an exercise or a focus for the time that follows.

This format is especially suitable when a personal session is not necessary or not possible, and a clear, grounded response is still desired.

Starting point — You describe a situation or inner theme that is currently essential for you. This can be submitted in writing or as a voice message. To prepare, you receive a guide that supports you in identifying the core of your question and gathering the relevant connections. (max. approx. 3-minute voice message or one page of text)

Resonance — An audio response in which what is essential is named, contextualized and condensed. (8–16 minutes audio)

Integration — A short PDF with an orientation, exercise or impulse for further integration.

Timing — The Resonance Response is delivered within 5 working days after receipt of the complete request. Subject to availability, a response within 48 hours can be requested. This option is not always available (e.g. during holidays or for personal reasons).

Fee
Regulär: Standard: €110 (incl. VAT)
Priority response (48 hours, subject to availability): €150 (incl. VAT)

The Resonance Response is not suitable for acute emergencies, crisis situations or contexts requiring long-term therapeutic support.

Note on preparation

Preparing your request is part of the process and deepens the field of resonance. Resonance does not follow a predetermined direction. It arises from what is essential in the field of your request.

Guide to preparing

your response

The resonance response is a precise clarification format. In order for it to be effective, you first need to gather your thoughts. This guide will help you to condense your concerns and focus on the essentials. You do not have to work through the points systematically. Often, simply reading and reflecting on the questions is helpful in clarifying what is actually important to you. Use the guide in a way that works for you.

1 · Relevant context

Describe the necessary background concisely and objectively. As much as necessary – as little as possible. The following may be helpful:

  • people involved (who is essential to the situation?)
  • the time frame (since when, in which phase?)
  • your current position or role in the situation

A clear, concise description makes it easier to classify.

—Space for context—

2 · Your current inner state

Briefly describe where you currently stand internally in relation to the situation.  One or two sentences are sufficient. It is not about depth, but about orientation.

For example:

  • uncertain
  • ambivalent
  • under pressure to make a decision
  • emotionally overwhelmed
  • disoriented

3 · Your central question

Formulate a clear question or situation that you would like feedback on.

Focus on:

  • What is really important to me here?
  • Where am I losing clarity or direction?
  • What am I currently unable to classify or decide on?

The question should be formulated in such a way that it can be precisely defined.

Space for your question–

4 · Submitting your request (important)

Please send me your question in one of the following two ways.
Please choose one of the two options. This clear limitation is part of the working method and serves to ensure the precision and quality of the resonance response.

Option A – In writing by email
A coherent text of no more than one page.

Option B – As a voice message via WhatsApp
A single voice message with a maximum length of 3 minutes.

Training

— The Art of holding Spaces —

A training for people who work with people

This training is for those who accompany others through processes and carry a stabilizing role within interpersonal spaces — such as therapists, physiotherapists, body- and trauma-oriented practitioners, coaches, mediators, yoga teachers, or people in comparable professional contexts.

It is intended for those who wish to shape their work not only with professional competence, but with presence, clarity and long-term health.

What this training is about

The Art of Holding Space is a training in professional attitude when working with people. Its focus is not on methods or techniques, but on the quality of presence, perception and stance in contact. At the center is the question of how accompanying work can be shaped so that processes can unfold — clearly, differentiated and resourced — while remaining sustainable both for the other person and for the practitioner.

The training offers space to reflect on, refine and consciously guide one’s own effectiveness — with attention to clarity, stance and personal health within the professional field.

Thematic focuses

The training is currently in development. Planned areas include:

  • presence and inner alignment in professional contact
  • perception and working with resonance
  • somatic self-regulation and resourcing
  • language, stance and orientation in accompanying processes
  • working with challenging dynamics in contact
  • clarification of one’s own field of impact and attraction
  • boundaries, stance and ethical questions in working with people

This training is conceived as a limited, focused learning space — not as a classical training program.

Current status

The training is currently in conceptual development. Information about structure, scope and participation will be published later in 2026.
